Transition South Korea is a site for people in Korea to communicate, plan and organize the transition movement in Korea. The Transition Town movement grew out of concern about Peak Oil, Climate Change, resource depletion and other challenges modern society faces.

Central to Transition philosophy is a grassroots movement. The changes needed to transition to renewable resources, to grow food safely, naturally and locally, and to build energy efficient and carbon neutral towns, cities and transportation starting with local groups making local changes.
